Follow these simple steps to ensure a seamless experience: 1- Please be mindful, in order to book our interpreting services online, you must Register as a customer first. 2- If you are already a customer, Go to the " Interpreting Services" at https://www.onspotosit.com.au/book-online and choose your relevant Type of interpreting service. 3- Click " Request Booking" for your relevant type of service. 4- You'll be directed to the Booking Calendar. Choose your preferred Date and Time. 5- On the Right Side: ⏰ Select Your Ideal Duration and Timing In the "Preferences" dropdown menu on the right, it's crucial to choose the best Duration and Timing option. This step is mandatory. Ensure that the option you select aligns with the specific time you've chosen earlier in the calendar to prevent potential rejection by our Booking Team. For instance, if your preferred time on the calendar is set to 10:00 AM, opt for a Duration during Normal Business Hours (NBH) from the Preferences dropdown menu. Avoid selecting a duration labeled "After Business Hours" (ABH) in this scenario. This attention to detail not only ensures a seamless booking process but also helps in avoiding any discrepancies in fees. For your convenience, our Normal Business Hours (NBH) are Monday to Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00 PM. After Business Hours (ABH): Anytime outside our NBHs. 6- Click "Request to Book" button. 7- You will be directed to a booking Form. 8- Please fill out all details for the mandatory fields in the Booking form. 9- Click "Request to Book". 10- A small confirmation window box will pop up on your booking screen with the Booking Number and booking details. 11- You will receive a confirmation e-mail from our Booking Team if approved. 12- Another E-mail will be sent to you with the Booking details and the assigned Interpreter Name. Alternatively, You can Pay directly by clicking "Pay invoice" button option in the upper right corner on the invoice emailed to you after the assignment is completed.
