Online booking Instructions

Streamline your interpreter service requests with our online booking tool, providing clients the ease of scheduling appointments effortlessly from the comfort of their fingertips.

  1. Sign Up:

    • Begin the process by signing up on our website. Provide the necessary information to create your client profile.

  2. Approval Process:

    • Your sign-up request will be submitted to our Onspot Admin Team for review. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation.

  3. Log In:

    • Log in to your profile using the credentials you created during the sign-up process.

  4. Service Selection:

    • Navigate to the Interpreting Services page on our website that can be found under Our Services main tab.

  5. Choose Service Type:

    • Select the type of interpreting service you require—whether it's onsite, telephone, or videoconference.

  6. Booking Calendar:

    • After selecting the service type, you will be directed to the booking calendar.

  7. Pick Date and Time:

    • Use the calendar to choose your preferred date and time for the interpreting service.

  8. Booking Request Processing:

    • After form completion, Don't forget to choose Staff Preference on the Right side of the Calender booking page. The staff preference is a mandatory option and it lists the names of Onspot Booking Team. Once you submit your request, our booking team will review it.

  9. Interpreter Matching:

    • The team will work to find an available interpreter with the required language skills. You'll be notified of the booking status.

  10. My Bookings Section:

    • Accepted and allocated bookings can be viewed in your profile under the "My Bookings" section.

  11. Cancellation Option:

    • If needed, you have the flexibility to cancel your booking through your online portal at any time.

  12. Notification System:

    • Receive email notifications for every status update on your booking—whether it's confirmed or cancelled.

  13. Invoice Issuance:

    • After the interpreting service is successfully delivered and completed, a tax invoice will be generated and sent to you for your records.

 

This comprehensive process ensures a smooth and transparent experience, allowing you to easily manage and track your interpreting service bookings online.
